Proposals must be sent to:

Instructions for authors

  • We accept individual contributions or presentations with multiple authors.
  • Authors can present more than one paper.
  • Authors may present a current research or reviews of previous researches.
  • Authors can choose one of the topics (1,2 or 3) and a maximum of 5 keywords from those suggested or proposed by the author.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Papers can be written in English, Italian or Spanish.
  • Papers may not be longer than 20.000 characters including spaces and endnotes. Abstract and references not included.
  • Detailed editorial guidelines can be found in the two downloadable templates (Text, Images).
  • The authors will ensure that the content and images published are not subject to copyright.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the idea25 volume (open access publication).

Specifications for the preparation of contributions

  • A text file in English or Italian or Spanish with Title, Abstract in English (max 1.500 characters), Keywords (max 5), Contribution (max 20.000 characters), Images, Acknowledgments/Credits/Notes (optional), References in .doc or .docx format.
  • A text file with images captions, in .doc or .docx format.
  • One file in .jpg format for each image (min 150 dpi).

In-text bibliographical references

In-text bibliographical references are placed inside brackets and include: (Author’s last name, year of publication, page number(s) preceded by “p.” or “pp.”). All sources cited in the text must necessarily be included in the list of references.
